Dormer’s Solid Carbide Thread Milling Cutters programme is a comprehensive range of high tech tools offering impressive tooling economy and high levels of tool life.

Dormer has introduced 2 new thread milling cutters in Metric thread form, the J110 and the J115 for applications where countersinking is not required in the hole.

For these new thread milling cutters, a 27° spiral angle has been incorporated to give a smoother cutting action. J115 has internal coolant down to the lowest pitch value of 1mm.
