Our service team are probably the most experienced in the business. We have full nationwide cover with quick response. Our expertise covers every types of sawing machine from simple manual, to full CNC, in addition we cover machining centres for aluminium and steel profiles.
When will your saw break down next is a good question, it is usually when you need to rely on it most. We are aware of this and have a simple and cost effective solution, THE ADDISON SERVICE AGREEMENT for preventative maintenance.
There is no advanced payment, just scheduled visits by our engineers and additional discounts for subscribers on spares and labour charges for interim visits.
ADDISON MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT the cost effective solution for manufacturers
A very popular scheme, designed to schedule regular maintenence visits with NO UP-FRONT CHARGES. Based on a single shift you will receive two visits per annum, (every 1000 hours) which will be invoiced on completion, the cost for the visits (excluding parts) are fixed for the first machine, subsequent machines can be added at a greatly reduced charge. Each customer will also receive additional benefits:
- 15% discount on spare parts and labour charges for interim visits.
- 24 hour max call out time.
