Q: How do I get started using MC-Tooling.com?
A: Begin by registering with us for a user account and becoming a member of our marketplace. We have a one page registration process that takes only a minute to complete, and there is no cost to register with us. Registration gives you access to all the features of our site.
Q: How to do I create For Sale/Wanted ad on the site?
A: First, login to your user account. Next, from the My Account page, you can "Create a Listing". Follow the process to enter all the information for the item you want to list including an ad title, description, pricing, quantity available, photos, and spec documentation. Complete the listing process by purchasing an ad package that meets the needs of your business and entering credit card or Paypal account information to complete the secure transaction.
Q: How can interested buyers reach me to inquire about my listings?
A: On the right side of each listing details page, there is a link to "Contact Seller". This link brings interested buyers to a form to complete with information about their inquiry and their contact information. Information from the completed form is sent to you via email to the email address on file for your account. The listing title and id number is automatically included in the message that is sent for quick reference.
Q: How do I complete a transaction with a buyer?
A: MC-Tooling.com currently does not facilitate or get involved in the transaction process between buyer and seller. The buyer and seller work offline to complete the transaction.
