DD200 and DD300 A2-5, 16C Gearless High-Torque Rotary Systems
Ideal for difficult, high-precision machining or jig grinding applications requiring 4- or 5-axis interpolated machining, or for parts that require extremely accurate angular positioning. A workhorse for high speed and high accuracy contouring applications.

• Spindle brake clamp included for off-center drilling and other high force machining operations
• Slotted face plate included
• Optional pneumatic collet closer provides 4650-lb / 2068kg of adjustable draw bar pull, and 2200-lb / 998kg of draw bar push
• The DD200 can be used as a standalone unit with the Hardinge servo control, or integrated as a true 4th axis – the DD300 is integrated as a true 4th axis only

High-speed positioning without backlash is ideal for drill & tap, laser processing, and intricate or high-speed milling applications.
