Special TAPS are manufactured in Sweden from hardened and ground HSS blanks, or in some cases, bar material, where the sizes required exceed the standard blank dimensions.

Blanks are stocked in ISO, DIN and ANSI standards, fluted and non-fluted.

Each special tap order is given its own unique code, which stays with it for every step of the special tap manufacturing process, and in turn, simplifies the re-order process.
