WHILE INCREASING SAFETY FOR WORK HOLDING ON MACHINE BEDS

The Carver range of T-Slot clamps are quick to use, efficient and extremely safe for holding work securely on an extensive range of machine beds.

Available in four distinct types: standard duty, standard duty long reach, heavy duty and heavy duty long reach, there are 26 models in the range to cover clamping heights from 25mm up to 1500mm.

Design of the T-Slot clamps mean that they can be used at any angle, with a choice of positioning of the fulcrum pin. This eliminates the danger of loose items on the machine bed along with the requirement to use packers and bolts.

Positioning and locking of the clamps to the machine bed is both quick and efficient, with the use of M12 bolts on the standard range and M16 on the heavy duty clamps.

Because of the individual nature of the clamps they can secure the most awkward of workpiece's. Once positioned, the head is held in place by a spring loaded catch and is easily locked by use of the high tensile adjustment bolt conveniently accessible on top of the clamp.

Highly versatile, the T-Slot head can also be turned upside down on the twin slotted columns of the clamp to create a totally adjustable jacking point on the machine bed.

In operation, Carver T-Slot clamps hold work securely on many machines, including horizontal and vertical borers, planers, millers, lathes, power presses, radial drills etc., and models in the range can exert a downward pressure from 1600daN to 3630daN.
