Matsuura Hi-Tech spindles incorporate Big Daishowa Seiki's Big Plus face & taper system. Matsuura Machinery PLC is a long standing supplier of Big Daishowa's Big Plus toolholding solutions, carrying vast & comprehensive stock for same day dispatch.
Pioneers of High Speed Spindles, our history, knowledge & expertise in the field of state of the art Spindles are beyond doubt as is the reliability & durability of our Spindles.
However, should you be unfortunate enough to experience any problems, you can be assured that UK experts are on hand & will repair or replace your Spindle, offering either new / re-built High Speed Spindles to as new tolerances & specifications as a service exchange from off the shelf, thus eliminating your machines downtime.
For low speed machines (less than 10,000rpm); the same highly trained UK Engineers can rebuild the Spindle to its original specifications - untilising only Matsuura genuine components.
