Besides their large measuring volume, all TESAVISIO 500 provide a superior light intensity, various incidence angles for finest detection of sharp edges as well as unbeatable velocity.
Each machine can also accommodate a wide variety of optional accessories, thus allowing the User to face the most delicate measurement application. There are two machine versions available.
TESAVISIO 500 VALUE – This versatile machine vision can either be equipped with a CCDcamera, a TESASTAR probe head or even a CCD-camera coupled with a touch-trigger probe. This makes this version worth investing in when it comes to quickly change from visual to tactile part inspection, and reversely, using all available functionalities.
TESAVISIO 500 UNIVERSAL - The machine can accept many optional accessories such as a black/white CCD-camera, black or red light illumination and TTL laser scanning option. This version will be specifically recommended where the part features are truly challenging a machine vision. Your TESAVISIO 500 UNIVERSAL will give all its capabilities to take up this challenge.

Laser scanning:(model Universal) for fast height measurement (surface data points). Speedy data acquisition with 500 data points per second. This function is particularly useful
when scanning complex parts, for instance.
Volumetric compensation: guaranteeing accurate probing throughout the measuring volume.
Optimised Z-axis: (long stroke) for this high-precision machine version provided with a
measuring travel up to 300 mm, depending on the chosen probe combination.
