A reduction in tool vibration, resulting in less wear on the cutters and an improved surface finish on the workpiece combine to give a superior tool when compared to 4 flute solid carbide cutters with standard geometry.

This new design allows the operator to run the machine at higher speeds and feeds. The tapered web design gives the cutter the strength required for profiling, as well as being equally versatile for plunging and ramping. Both cutters can be used across a wide range of materials.
